Sadly, there are still many, well-meaning and faithful Christians who label this ‘the social gospel’, as though it was some sort of heresy. Church IS people, not buildings (walls). As for ‘the social gospel’, I thought that was precisely what Jesus did. Good enough for Jesus…. godd enough for us!
